I was originally hired by Circle.com for
this project. HSBC, being a global bank, had many country specific
sites but was worried that these sites were inconsistent and that branding
was not being applied properly on many of these sites. HSBC asked Circle.com
to create two prototypes (one global and one UK specific) and handed
in a specific customer journey which it wanted us to implement in these
prototypes.
During this project, I worked closely with a team consisting of another
senior designer, a project manager, an information architect, a useability
expert and a copywriter.
Note: This is a prototype designed to a specific customer
journey. Therefore many of the links do not work.
